Vacation School
- Covers Form 3 to Form 6. Opens 8th April to 30th April 2026.
- Boarders arrive on the 7th of April and leave on the 1st of May 2026.
- Day scholars pay $30 Tuition. Boarders pay $80 inclusive of tuition.
- Students from other schools wishing to register for vacation school are welcome — contact the office for full details.

Registration
- Zimsec Examinations for November 2026 have been completed.
- MOPSE has capped subjects at a maximum of 9 subjects. O Level candidates may sit for a maximum of 3 subjects only. Excess subjects are not refunded.
- Hexco registration deadline: 29 May 2026. Hexco Examination fee: US$33.
- Those who have paid US$24 should pay the remaining US$9 to complete registration by the due date.

- The school requires one rim of bond paper per child every term.
- This must be submitted on the opening day of each term.

Developments
- Construction and installation of a state-of-the-art Senior Science Laboratory completed.
- 2 more classroom blocks have been constructed this term.
- A 72-seater Asia Star bus has been acquired, funded through parents' fee payments.

Prize Giving Day
Prize Giving Day for 2026 has been set for Friday 31st July 2026. More details to follow.

Boarding
- Sheets are now compulsory for all boarding students. Customised sheets can be accessed at school in the required colours and specifications. A pair costs US$18.
- Nightwear — boarders may bring nightdresses, pyjamas and morning gowns for use strictly at school. These shall only be used for the intended purposes.
- Winter (Term 2) — boarders may bring woolhats (any colour) and winter socks, to be used strictly during study times and when at hostels. No changes to the winter uniform at school.

Educational Trip
- Destination: Victoria Falls, Matopo Hills, and the Museum.
- Dates: 3rd August to 6th August 2026.
- Trip fee: US$220 per child — payable to the school account or as cash at school by Friday 24 July 2026.
